24 Years' Experience in Textile. Started in TOP & TRAMP Garment as Production Executive in Sewing in 1993. Joined UTTARAN GROUP Garment Division as an Assistant Merchandiser in 1995. Joined SHIFA APPARELS / SURMA APPARELS in 1998 as a Merchandiser.
After that Joined TEXEL / TUSUKA GROUP as a Senior Merchandiser in Garment division in 2000. Then Joined in a French company AUCHAN INTERNATIONAL as a Consultant in Production / Sourcing & Quality control in 2003.
After That Joined PANTALOON GROUP as a Manager of Marketing & Merchandising in 2008 & promoted to General Manager of Marketing & Merchandising in 2010. Left PANTALOON GROUP in 2012 & the same year joined in TEX-DESIGN SOURCING LTd. as a managing partner ( Managing Director) .
Finally left TEX-DESIGN SOURCING LTD and decided to establish own Buying house & established TEX-WORLD SOURCING LTD.

Joined NOUVELLE GARMENTS/FLORENCE APPARELS LTD (WOVEN GARMENTS) in 2005 as an Assistant Merchandiser & promoted to Merchandiser in 2006 . Moved to COMFIT COMPOSITE KNIT LTD (YOUTH GROUP) as a Production Co-ordinate officer in 2008 . Then Joined PANTALOON GROUP in 2009 as a Merchandiser & promoted as Senior Merchandiser in 2011. After that joined in a Local Buying House (TEX-DESIGN SOURCING LTD) as a senior Merchandiser (Group Leader) in 2013 & promoted as Merchandising Manager & Head of Merchandising Division in 2014 . Left TEX-DESIGN SOURCING LTD & joined in TEX-WORLD SOURCING LTD as Director of Merchandising, Production , Development & Quality Control as well.

After that decided to start own Business & established a Woven Label Factory (R.B LABEL LTD ) in 2006 as well as also established a 100% Export Oriented Accessories company named R.B PACKAGING & PRINTERS LTD in 2008. Moreover also joined in TEX-WORLD SOURCING LTD as a Director of Marketing & Sourcing .
